The Role: For the growth and development of our Corporate Team based in Bresso (MI), we are looking for a Corporate Identity, Event and Communication Manager . Reporting to the Chief of Corporate Affairs, Institutional Relations and Communication, the Corporate Identity, Event and Communication Manager will be responsible for managing communication strategies and planning, organizing and executing a variety of events, including conferences, workshops, internal meetings etc, with a focus on enhancing corporate identity and engagement. Main Responsibilities of the role: End to end Event Management for the group: plan, organize and execute events, including content, technical and logistical aspects. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to strengthen the Corporate Identity , ensuring alignment across all departments. Create and manage communication campaigns for internal initiatives. Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement , in collaboration with HR and internal stakeholders. Select, negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors such as venues, caterers, audio-visual providers and other service suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality service delivery. Build and maintain relationships with event stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, external agencies etc. Ensure all events and communication campaigns comply with local and international regulations , particularly those specific to the pharmaceutical industry. Define the strategic direction for Zambon Heritage and the Museum and oversee activities that enhance its role in preserving and communicating the company’s corporate heritage. Develop the strategic framework for the Benvivere program, an international program devised to take care of Zambon staff worldwide, collaborating to its management and promotion. Qualifications and other requirements: Academic & Professional Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Human Fields / Marketing / Other related degrees. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
