Role Overview We’re looking for a Creative Producer to lead the creation of impactful video and banner ads for social media. This full-time, remote role welcomes candidates to collaborate with creators, manage in-house production, and innovate with AI tools to elevate storytelling. Key Responsibilities 1. Create engaging video and banner concepts for social media ads. 2. Write result-driven video ad scripts and commission videos from UGC creators on Fiverr and TikTok. 3. Oversee the video production process in collaboration with the in-house graphic designer and video editor. 4. Leverage AI tools to enhance video creation and storytelling. Key Requirements 1. English proficiency at C1 level or higher. 2. Advanced understanding of marketing. 3. Basic understanding of video editing. 4. Hands-on experience with AI tools for video production. 5.
