Valpak is committed to leveraging technology to drive business success. We are embarking on a major reimplementation of our legacy CRM system to Dynamics 365 in the cloud, and we are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team. As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the reimplementation of one of our company’s most critical systems. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our business needs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition from our legacy CRM system to Dynamics 365. This role will eventually join our cross-division CRM team, supporting a wider scope of systems across the organization and contributing to continuous improvement in alignment with our software development best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support business processes. Participate in the migration of data and functionality from the legacy CRM system to Dynamics 365, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business systems and applications. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring to ensure the availability and reliability of the for Dynamics 365 CRM system. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system by adhering to engineering best practices, including security-first principles. Document development processes, configurations, and customizations. Work within Agile teams, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and QA processes to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with the Comply SDLC principles. Drive continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 solutions by researching and adopting new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance system performance and maintainability. Enable cross-functional teams by providing technical training, documentation, and best practices to ensure that squad members can work autonomously with Dynamics 365. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and experience with modern toolsets supporting continuous integration, testing, and delivery Experience with CRM migration projects, particularly from legacy systems is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and integration capabilities. Experience working with SharePoint. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong sense of ownership, able to take initiative, and drive projects forward independently while being collaborative with other teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
