Customer Marketing Specialist Direct Pharmacy About The Role We are looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist Direct Pharmacy who can develop new commercial opportunities in Direct Ph. channel. Key Responsibilities Support in implementation channel trade strategies and canvass executions. Collaborate on channel specific growth plans, based on shopper, retailer and market insight related to different brands. Understand shoppers and customers’ needs in order to increase sell-out performance. Collaborate with Sales and Sellout specialist field forces to ensure brilliant execution and deployment of the strategy in the Point of sale. Support in managing relation with external partner and agency (merchandising, in store activities, agencies, etc…). Direct Ph. Channel performance and KPI Tracking. Monitoring commercial strategies execution in order to leverage good performance and suggest corrective actions if needed. Analysis of competitors’ plans and strategies through the analysis of market data. Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities Monitoring competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth Stakeholder management across different functions (marketing, sales, supply chain, customer service) Essential Qualifications and skills >2 years’ experience in pharmacy environment in trade marketing roles Experience in working in Direct Pharmacy channel Experience in working on core business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion) Use of all office package (with focus on powerpoint and excel) Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data Smart approach with dashboards and databases to monitor performance Effective communication skills (developed listening skills/ ability to explain, train and coach), enthusiastic, creative person who thinks in terms of solutions, curiosity and passion for his job Category Management guidelines knowledge Good financial acumen allowing to present business benefits Details orientation Understand qualitative research technics and methods Good storyteller who can show the vision and benefits Ability to work in fast paced environment Ability to work with the data Well organized and disciplined Preferred Young talent who has 3+ years of experience working with the pharmacies or in commercial functions Ideally having sales and/or trade marketing experience in Direct Pharmacy channel Person who enjoys interacting with the customers and learning from interactions with different people Please save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.
