By joining us, you will have the opportunity to: Build your knowledge in banking due diligence (KYB) and in related customer success; Develop your skills in a fast-evolving environment; Be part of a fast-growing team that values trust and ensures your voice is heard. Your responsabilities : Analyze information and documentation provided, if needed also contacting clients, in order to ensure the completeness and compliance of KYB files Collaborate with the Compliance team on complex cases and best practices related to KYB; Support clients with account-related inquiries, as well as with account creation requests linked to their KYB; Process screening alerts (Adverse Media, PEP warnings, Sanctions) and validation checks on prospects. Act as level 2 support and point of contact for our external support suppliers Requirements : Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often hesitate to apply if they don’t meet all criteria. You have a first successful experience (internship, apprenticeship, or junior role) in a similar role; You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working in a team; You can adapt to different processes and demonstrate autonomy in your work; You are able to communicate with prospects and customers on a daily basis; You have a full proficiency in Italian and professional proficiency in English; Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus. Experience in fintech is a plus.
