This is a pivotal role, providing leadership across a diverse range of projects and programs. You will employ your robust project and program management skills to ensure high-quality delivery and execution, successfully managing timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and dependencies. Additionally, you will be instrumental in building, leading, and coaching project teams, while adjusting to evolving scope and business requirements. As an advocate for digital transformation, your leadership will drive its implementation and ensure business value realisation. What you will do: Review project assignments and business cases, in alignment with the execution of programs and projects. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies including mitigation plans. Secure timely delivery of agreed project milestones while closely adhering to a clearly defined project scope and business case. Document projects in finale reports and ensure efficient storage of all project information according to organizational policy. Establish project teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and balanced leadership to navigate the team towards defined goals.
