Hudson RPO , on behalf of our global chemical manufacturing client, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Team Lead . This role is perfect for someone passionate about leadership, customer satisfaction, and driving team performance. The client offers a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office) with the office located in Florescea area. About the Role As a Customer Service Team Lead , you’ll oversee a talented team of customer service admins/planners, ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience, driving satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s success through excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and support a team of technical customer service admins/planners, ensuring their success. Manage budgets, salaries, and merit processes effectively. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes morale and a customer-centric culture. Coach, mentor, and develop team members through feedback, training programs, and professional development opportunities. Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Monitor team performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Prepare and analyze departmental performance reports, offering recommendations to upper management. What We’re Looking For: Education: University degree preferred Experience: Fluent in English. Minimum 3 years in a leadership or team management role. Hands-on experience in order or complaint/credit management for specific divisions or regions. Proven ability to resolve complex issues and effectively manage conflict situations. Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and advanced computer skills. Skills & Competencies: Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team towards common goals. Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Skilled in guiding teams through challenges and making sound decisions. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, active listening, and the ability to provide constructive feedback. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently. Conflict Resolution: Adept at managing and resolving conflicts in a fair and diplomatic manner. Emotional Intelligence: Empathy and understanding of team members’ perspectives and needs. Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing processes and solutions.
