Customer Service Back Office Data Administrator About The Role The CS Back Office is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer and pricing data across our systems. As a Data Administrator , you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all SAP data updates are executed according to EPC-defined pricing rules and company policies. Your attention to detail and ability to handle mass data changes will be key to the team’s success. It is Located in Bucharest, Romania with a Hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities Execute SAP data changes in line with company guidelines and policies. Create and update customer master data and pricing data in the transactional systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage large-scale data changes, ensuring all updates are precise and compliant with policies. Run control reports to verify SAP changes, especially manual pricing, ensuring compliance with company standards. Create contracts in SAP, including ABP, Leasing, and TCS Service contracts. Conduct price control audits and generate relevant reports to maintain data accuracy and transparency. Qualifications & Skills Passion for delivering high-quality service. Intermediate to advanced experience with SAP, particularly in Master Data, Pricing, and Deal Management. Experience managing customer contracts and converting them into SAP master data is highly preferred. Strong numerical skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data methodically and accurately. Excellent coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with standard office applications such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High levels of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
