At Hovmand A/S, we are on an ambitious growth journey, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Specialist to join our Digital & IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a data strategy, managing data architecture, and ensuring data quality and consistency. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including marketing, sales, production and customer service, to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement. Your Tasks and Responsibilities Monitor and improve data quality by identifying and correcting errors. Manage data architecture to ensure data is properly structured and accessible. Coordinate the integration of data from various sources to ensure consistency. Your Qualifications You possess skills in data analysis and data visualization, maybe along with knowledge of database administration and data integration. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R can be an advantage. The candidate should have the ability to structure and analyze complex datasets, identify patterns and trends, and make data-driven decisions. Good communication skills are essential to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and to collaborate with various teams and departments. Additionally, accuracy and attention to detail are crucial to ensure data quality and integrity. Who are you? The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, or a related field.
