We support Ukrainian temporary displaced people living in Denmark, ensuring their well-being and integration. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated psychologist to join our team full-time. This key role involves providing psychological support to individuals and groups affected by trauma and loss, with a focus on children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in psychotherapy, a passion for humanitarian work, and a proactive, innovative mindset. The psychologist will work closely with a collaborative team of professionals and volunteers, contributing to our shared mission of building brighter futures for Ukrainian communities. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized psychological support, including trauma therapy, to individuals and families, particularly children and adolescents. Conduct group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops. Develop and deliver content for SoMe, webinars and educational videos to promote mental health awareness. Collaborate with Danish institutions and organizations to enhance support systems for Ukrainians in Denmark. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of therapeutic activities and outcomes. Participate in team initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative mental health programs. Conducting research related to trauma, mental health, and the psychological impact of the war on Ukrainians in Denmark. Qualifications and Skills: A degree in psychology with at least 5 years of professional experience. Additional training in psychotherapy, with specialization in trauma therapy and child/adolescent psychology. Proficiency in Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken. Strong digital literacy, including experience with documentation tools and content creation software. Comfort with public speaking, conferences, webinars, and video production for psychoeducational purposes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Critical thinking and analytical abilities for effective decision-making. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset, resilience under stress, and a positive attitude. Open-minded and respectful of diverse perspectives. Personal Attributes: Willingness to travel across Denmark to build and maintain partnerships with relevant institutions.
