We are looking for an experienced and innovative Design Manager focus in F&B Hospitality interior design projects to be based in Montenegro. The candidate must have strong background in both Food & Beverage and hospitality sectors. This role will be responsible for leading design initiatives that enhance the guest experience and align with our brand’s vision across various F&B and hospitality venues. Key responsibilities Oversee the design and development of F&B and hospitality spaces, ensuring alignment with brand identity and guest expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to create integrated design solutions. Manage design projects from initial concept through to execution, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform and inspire innovative design strategies. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively throughout the design process. Ensure that all designs adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to F&B and hospitality environments. Coordinate between different disciplines including Interior design consultant, MEP consultant, Structural Consultant, etc. Qualifications Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum of 5 years of experience in design management, specifically within the F&B and hospitality sectors, preferably on the client side. Strong portfolio showcasing successful F&B and hospitality design projects, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with 3D rendering tools. Fluency in English is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Deep understanding of current trends in F&B and hospitality, including customer preferences and operational considerations. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively. Preferred qualifications Experience with sustainable design practices in the F&B and hospitality sectors. Knowledge of branding, marketing, and customer experience strategies specific to hospitality. Familiarity with construction processes, vendor management, and working with contractors.
