About the Role As a Desktop Support Technician, you will: Provide onsite technical support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and applications. Offer timely assistance to resolve technical incidents and service requests. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless operation of IT systems. Document issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing and process improvement. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with hardware components, networking, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in Danish and English is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
