Job Description Creation of Inventory Documents from a Photo📸 ○ Description: This feature allows users to create inventory documents by uploading a photo, using the OctoXact counting model based on segmentation. ○ Features: ■ Image Segmentation: Utilizing your OctoXact model to segment the elements of the photo and identify items along with their quantities. ■ User Interface: An intuitive interface allowing users to upload the photo and view the extracted data before validation. ■ SAP Integration: The generated inventory documents are automatically integrated into SAP Business One, with all necessary information. Creation of a Purchase Receipt Based on a Purchase Order🛒 ○ Description: This option allows for the creation of a purchase receipt directly from an existing purchase order. ○ Features: ■ Order Consultation: Users can consult ongoing purchase orders in SAP Business One. ■ Automatic Generation: Based on the details of the selected order, a purchase receipt is automatically generated, including all items and quantities. ■ Validation: Users can review and validate the information before finalizing the receipt in the system.
