The Core Department designs, develops, and maintains all of the major core applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Team Leader with FullStack development expertise to lead our team of developers & QAs in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications. As the .NET Team Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development lifecycle, driving best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong background in .NET development, as well as proficiency in front-end technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills. As a Team Leader At Evoke, You Will Lead a team of FullStack .NET developers and QA testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Encourage best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving. Hands-on: Join the team’s efforts for building and maintaining applications based on the most advanced JS frameworks and libraries such as React & Angular. Working closely with product managers, System analysts, UI designers, and testers in a highly collaborative team environment. Delivering secure, high-performance, maintainable code using best practices. Ensuring all development work is carried out with a consistently high level of quality. Work with remote (offshore) peer members. Job Requierments Requirements B.Sc. / B.A. in computer science (or other relevant degree) At least 3 years of experience leading a team of 4+ members (DEVs + QAs). At least 6 years of experience as a full stack developer, writing both backend & frontend applications. Experience with .Net, .Net core, and JavaScript. Experience with HTML & CSS. Experience with one or more SPA frameworks e.g.: Angular, React, etc.. Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies. Ability to understand complex software systems. Great team player with high communication skills. You might also have A passion for web, mobile,e and tablet devices, applications, and user interfaces. Experience Programming Real-life Native applications on iOS/Android. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent production releases. Knowledge of webpack or any other bundling library. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies. Good communication skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
