THE ROLE We are looking for a Consultant to be employed in our Milan office. Consultant will support clients reach their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution. You will Autonomous planning and management of paid search campaigns, (keyword list, copy creation, daily optimisations, reporting, account set up on Google Ads, Bing), paid social (Meta, TikTok, Twitter) and display performance campaigns (networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting, etc) including but not limited to brief understanding, strategy definition, budget split on media vendors, payout negotiation, media plan creation, booking, ad creative delivery to media vendors, social account set up Assist with client interactions including reporting, meetings, QBRs as needed Always maintain a strong focus on clients’ KPIs and is eager to find ways to meet targets Be in charge of liaising with the client on all digital activities and trends Ensure best practice and innovation in all activities Build strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams Qualifications 2+ years of experience in digital campaigns management Excellent knowledge of search and knowledge social adv platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Twitter) Good knowledge of display performance media vendors and technologies Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) Knowledge of conversion optimization practices Familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics technologies Analytical mindset and financial acumen Good level of English language, both written and oral Personal Specification/Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Effective time management and project management skills Team working and collaborative attitude If necessary is able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Additional Information Employees from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds encouraged to apply.
