What you’ll be doing… We are recruiting for a Digital Business Analyst to join our Customer Solutions team within the IT department. Reporting to the Senior Customer Technology Manager, you will be supporting the delivery of digital customer experiences related to our websites and customer mobile app. You will work across the project lifestyle and be accountant for business analysis, design, testing, documentation, as well as the implementation of solutions using experiences gained working in an Agile or Waterfall environment. This role includes working as part of cross-functional team, working with colleagues and our trusted partners delivering the product backlog and recommending the best solutions to provide the best digital experiences for customers at all stages of the shopper journey. This is role has flexibility to be based at our London headquarters, Rome office or Milan office. Exposure to retail or the property sector would be considered a plus. • You have experience of Waterfall and Agile development environment. Experience of DevOps methodology is an advantage. • You have a knowledge of the techniques and technical architecture involved in systems development. • You have experience of working with leading CMS platforms (Optimizely, Adobe, etc.) and delivering project implementations across various modules. • You are skilled in business system design. • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • You possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • You are fluent in English – written and spoken.
