Key Responsibilities: Client and Project Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining long-term, positive relationships. Understand clients’ business goals and challenges, and work closely with Client Cluster Manager to ensure project delivery. Proactively monitor client health and satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement or potential risks. Manage expectations around project timelines and deliverables. Project economics accountability: Ensure project milestones achievement, correct invoicing, cash collection, forecast quality and predictability. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution. Account Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional software features or products that align with clientsโ€™ evolving needs. Collaborate with the sales team to renew contracts, expand accounts, and close new business with existing clients. Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports to management on account status, including opportunities for growth, potential risks, and overall client health. Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product and development teams to improve our offerings. Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and effectively, escalating to appropriate internal teams when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns in a calm and professional manner. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and account management software. Familiarity with SaaS products and understanding of software development life cycles is a plus. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills. English fluent required, French or German speaking would be appreciated. Workplace in Milan, willingness to travel internationally, smartworking in line with company policies.
