In Romania since the beginning of 2020, Qair has notably taken over wind assets to be built for an overall capacity of 110 MW. The local team, based in Bucharest, has now diversified its portfolio with photovoltaic projects to support the implementation of new regulations in favour of renewable energy. Qair is also currently in the process of developing its first corporate PPA in the country. We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage and coordinate the documentation related to our renewable energy projects. MAIN TASKS – Manage and control documents according to internal and external procedures; – Store, administer, and monitor company and renewable energy project documents; – Plan and monitor the acquisition of approvals and permits required for renewable projects; – Track and monitor progress and associated costs throughout the project; – Oversee contracts with partners (suppliers, project developers); – Draft official documents (requests, responses to authorities, technical documents); – Analyse and extract specific requirements from laws and regulations (e.g., conditions for the expiration of a technical connection permit); – Create work reports and analyse documents related to approvals and permits; – Provide support to Project Managers in coordinating and monitoring project progress; – Continuously document regulations and standards in the renewable energy field; – Collaborate effectively with the project team to ensure the optimal execution of projects. SKILLS REQUIRED The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to handle the companyโs critical documents, and provide support to the project management team. – At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; – Higher education in legal studies; – Excellent skills in analysing legislation and interpreting legal requirements; – Experience in document control for renewable energy projects; – Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); – Strong English communication skills (written and spoken); – Attention to detail, organisational skills, and results orientation.
