Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled domestic helper to join a household team on a full-time basis. The position starts with a three-month trial period and starts in Spring 2025 leading to a permanent contract upon successful completion. This role includes working in both Greece and Geneva, and offers competitive pay and excellent benefits. Compensation & Benefits Greece Salary : €1,200 net/month, including private health insurance, 14 monthly payments per year and residence permit renewals. Geneva Salary : €2,500 net/month, with 12 monthly payments per year. Vacation : 5 weeks of paid vacation per year, with one round-trip ticket to homeland included. Transportation : Access to a transportation card within the city of Geneva. Schedule : Working hours from 7 am to 8 pm with 1.5 days off per week (days off may vary based on the family’s needs and other staff schedules). Responsibilities Domestic Tasks : Cooking, cleaning, laundry, and general housekeeping. Childcare : Babysitting and providing attentive, compassionate care. Shopping : Managing household procurement and grocery shopping. Travel Support : Following the family on trips, including yacht travel, with flexible hours during travel periods. Team Environment : Work collaboratively within a household team of 3-4 people. Skills & Requirements Language : Proficient in English for effective communication. Childcare Expertise : Knowledgeable in child safety and attentive care. Personal Qualities : Patience, empathy, and strong time management skills are essential.
