TITAN Cement Group is looking for a skilled Electrical & Automation Projects Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking projects within the Group Technical Projects Department. As an Electrical & Automation Projects Enginee r, you will play a key role in the preparation, coordination, and supervision of assigned electrical and automation projects. You will provide technical oversight for electrical, automation, safety instrumented, and data acquisition systems, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and the Group’s Health & Safety guidelines. The role is based i n Athe ns , Greece. What you will do: Document project budgets based on technical excellence and cost effectiveness with support from the Electrical Department Manager. Create Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) with support from Engineering & Design Department. Develop preliminary studies of electrical scope and complete I/O lists for assigned projects in collaboration with BU Electrical Departments. Draft technical descriptions for electrical and automation works based on project needs. Participate in procurement processes for electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment. Supervise the design and execution of small-scale projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to budgets. Coordinate and oversee work by external partners, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and Health & Safety standards. Support commissioning activities and prepare comprehensive project folders, including manuals, schematics, and PLC program backups. Collaborate with the Design Team to enhance BIM models with relevant attributes. Provide technical assistance in equipment analysis and evaluation. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned technical areas, presenting proposals and collaborating with internal customers. Update applications to address startup issues and modify control strategies for Distributed Control Systems (DCS) or PLCs. Adhere to and improve specifications and standards for electrical design, procurement, and maintenance. Introduce new technologies, procedures, and processes related to building materials production. Build positive working relationships with team members and external collaborators, fostering a collaborative work environment. Prioritize safety in all aspects of design and project implementation, in line with the Group’s commitment to zero accidents. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering (or a related field). At least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation. Expertise in digital/analog signals, relays, motor control circuits, and automation design. Familiarity with programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagrams. Proficiency in communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) and OT networking concepts. Advanced skills in design software (e.g., E-plan, AutoCAD) and MS Office applications. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Availability for frequent travel in Greece and abroad. Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable).
