We partner with leading manufacturers to provide innovative solutions globally. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronic Engineer at IonoQure Limited in Thessaloniki. The Electronic Engineer will be responsible for circuit design, electronics development, electrical engineering tasks, and testing of electronic systems and components on a day-to-day basis. Projects : Work on innovative electronics and software projects, from PCB design to the programming of microprocessors and PLC systems Hands-On Development : Bring ideas to life through practical tasks like soldering, prototyping, and full device assembly Collaborative Environment : Join a dynamic team that thrives on knowledge sharing, problem solving, and close collaboration with customers and subcontractors End-to-End Involvement : From early concept development to final testing and delivery, your role will cover all stages of the product lifecycle Opportunities for Growth : Engage in customer meetings, system presentations, and technical documentation, as well as the opportunity to expand into new application fields Tools : Use industry-leading software like Altium, Eagle, and SolidWorks, alongside networking applications like Profinet, Profibus, and Modbus Innovation and Creativity : Help us design custom solutions for electrical systems, thermodynamic systems, and light distribution, contributing to truly unique product developments Qualifications: Academic Background : Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronic engineering or related fields Software Skills : Experience with PCB design tools and proficiency in programming microcontrollers (ARM, or PLC systems) Programming Knowledge : Ability to work with Java, Python, GO or similar high-level programming languages for creating control systems and data acquisition apps. Passion for Hands-On Work : Enthusiasm for hands-on tasks like soldering, PCB prototyping, device assembly, and calibration Basic Knowledge in Core Fields : Familiarity with electronics, electrical distribution, thermodynamics, and mechanical design Team Spirit & Communication : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Greek.
