Your Role & Responsibilities As an Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing projects, ensuring technical excellence, and building strong client relationships. Here’s what you’ll do: Define project scope, develop investigation plans, and determine specifications based on client input and data analysis. Travel to client sites to conduct or witness tests, promoting the value of our services. Communicate with clients to address technical issues, negotiate timelines, and resolve concerns. Provide technical assistance for product inspections and follow-up services. Coordinate laboratory activities, prepare test programs, and manage project timelines. Keep up-to-date with applicable standards and technical literature to ensure compliance. Deliver project updates and results through reports and regular client communication. What We’re Looking For Must-haves: A technical college degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred: Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering). Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written. A client-centric mindset with agility, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. Nice-to-haves: Experience with material testing and characterization techniques (e.g., Infrared Spectroscopy, Thermogravimetric Analysis, Differential Scanning Calorimetry).
