Description PRIORITY , one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece is currently looking to hire an Environmental/Health & Safety Consultant . Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the position include: Planning, organizing and managing business consulting projects (mainly Environmental, Health & Safety and Food Safety projects) Interacting with customers on a regular basis Comparing current practices against legal and regulatory requirements, international standards and best practices Preparing management reports and ESG Reporting and system documentation: policies, procedures, etc Determine ESG strategy and the project’s KPI’s Conducting risk assessments (ESG, OHS) Recommend solutions for improvement Working as a team member and / or team leader. Requirements The candidate must have the following skills and education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Management or similar At least 5 years of work experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the Technical and equipment maintenance sector, Quality Department, environmental / sustainability & ESG Consulting or similar At least 3 years of experience in Environmental Engineering or ESG positions Working experience in quality control, quality assurance or food safety will be highly appreciated Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English Ability to work efficiently in a number of projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations Familiarization with manufacturing, equipment maintenance, logistics, environmental management and/or sustainability reporting Strong interpersonal and technical skills Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, international standards and best practices Postgraduate studies on quality management systems The following will be highly appreciated: Work experience in a similar position, ISO Manangement Systems Risk Assessment Benefits What we offer: Flexible Working Conditions: We promote a flexible environment so that you can enjoy teleworking, early Fridays, early August departure etc Training and Soft Skills Development- We promote continuous training for your career and personal development Talent Acceleration – We implement programs that help your talent evolve and accelerate your performance thus bridging our business challenges with the needs of your career.
