A Snapshot of Your Day As an EQS Administrative and Data Assistant (f/m/d) at Siemens Energy, you will be active in the Large Gas Turbine product line for the global quality management (QM), environmental protection, health management and safety (EHS). Your area of responsibility includes the analysis of data and its preparation. You will prepare detailed reports and documentation and develop concepts for the continuous optimization of our procedures. You work with various databases, but above all closely with the people within the organization. How You’ll Make An Impact Data analysis and operation of various databases for quality management and EHS Creation of presentations for management and reports for various internal customers Support in evaluations / reviews of quality messages, reminder of open / overdue quality messages Creation of cost overviews and assistance with internal cost controlling Support in test equipment monitoring for the calibration laboratory Creation of purchase orders for different departments Support in the onboarding of new trainees and interns The role can include travel to Berlin, Germany for participation in project meetings and for the support of other stakeholders. What You Bring Completed training and several years of professional experience in the analysis of data and its preparation Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety and quality management required Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 required Basic knowledge of PowerBI/Tableau, SharePoint, Mendix Affinity for data analysis and initial experience in digitization Very good communication skills Fluent in English and good German language skills (at least level B1) About The Team The Budapest Gas Services Competence Center team has over 300 qualified engineers who offer services in Instrumentation & Control, electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as sales support.
