We are currently seeking an Estimating Specialist (Piping), reporting directly to the Piping Estimating Section Head to join our Estimating team based in Rome, Italy. Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last About The Role: You will work in the Estimating department producing piping estimates for specific proposals and/or projects, and your key accountabilities will be the following: Analysis of bidder requirements and ITB documentation Preparation of piping material take off in accordance with T. EN methodology Coordinate the MTO activities performed by HVEC Check of material take off in line whit the tender documentation Priced BOM and BOQ preparation including MTO completion, forced detail estimate and appropriate allowances level Preparation of piping reports Develop simplified requisitions for budget inquiry and liaise with procurement department Analysis of commercial bid tabulation Support in collecting all relevant data for quantities and price benchmarking Setting piping cost estimate Preparation of price breakdown for the commercial offer to be submitted Updating and maintaining data in bank and tools coordination with piping design, material management, welding, and coating departments Liaise with Subcontracting Department for the BOQ finalization Starting Date: a.s.a.p. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements: High school diploma or relevant technical diploma.
