Job Description: Responsible for mitigation planning and reporting, in case of deviations from project plan within the scope Ensuring timely transfer of documentation and asset to O&M Management of overall scope NCR’s Register and share and implement LL Identify, understand and manage all interfaces related to scope in collaboration with Project Engineer Request/review technical solutions from Project Engineer to satisfy project requirements Has overall Cable System responsibility Ensure that delivery of documentation according to MDR’s timeline is achieved Management of Change (CR, VO etc.) Cost and Risk Management HSE Management Scope and Quality control Time Management Interface Management Lead the Offshore Export Cable project engineering team General Scope Management Requirements: High level understanding of project management, this include experiences with a similar role, e.g. responsible for execution of a Export Cable contract. Ability to take decision and drive progress additional it’s expectable that the candidate is able to building relations and influence others. Strong communication skills this includes speak and write English fluently Experiences with Commercial Negotiations Have a structured approach and ability to plan and be goal oriented.
