We are looking for a talented colleague for the position of Facilities Specialist. What are the responsibilities? The Facilities Specialist oversees the planning, purchasing, development, maintenance, and functional operations of our restaurants equipment, grounds, and buildings Plans, coordinates, estimates and schedules routine maintenance projects and upgrades for a facility or location through the coordination ︈of in-house and contracted skilled and semi-skilled trades work. Review, evaluate, and recommend preventive maintenance schedules and upgrades for facility systems Coordinate routine installation, repair, maintenance and upgrade of facility systems Managing service requests and repairs, getting quotes, completing documentation; Cooperating with local partners, negotiating prices and SLA, finding new suppliers; Cost control, utilities; Signing agreements with local vendors; Managing the database of agreements and contracts; Monitoring and control of utility consumption, catching overconsumption, preparing accruals; Taking over NSOs, preparing snag lists, cooperating with Construction; Managing equipment inventory and warranties; Management of systems – e.g. SCADA, Jira; Maintaining and updating a database of service manuals and instructions for local market What is required to be successful in the role?
