Date of advertisement: Jan 7, 2025 Job Number: 1924 Job Type: Engineering Job category: Permanent Description Your tasks will be: Participate in the review of project and system of the Facility Room drawings at each stage. Participate in the bidding and procurement of each facility package regarding the Facility Room, including the preparation and review of technical documents. Participate in the review of the construction organization design and special construction plan submitted by the construction preparation unit; review submitted implementation details; review the qualifications and relevant conditions of the supplier. Timely cooperate with design engineers to solve technical problems arising in construction. Regularly inspect, check and evaluate the engineering quality, engineering material quality, and supervision quality of the supervision unit of the project. Review the monthly progress plan and three-week rolling plan prepared by the construction unit, assist the project manager in supervising and managing the construction site, and ensure that the progress of the project meet the relevant requirements. Collaborate with the engineers of the project management company to control the progress, quality, safety and cost of the assigned part of the project execution. Collaborate with professional engineers of the cost consulting company to estimate the workload and cost of potential and actual changes. (Review the change documents provided by the subcontractor, review the engineering quantity; supervise and spot check the integrity, authenticity and accuracy of the project process record documents.) Participate/organize meetings to promote or coordinate the work of different contractors as planned. Follow up and manage the entire process of the contract package (promote contract signing, material and equipment procurement progress tracking, manpower deployment assessment, progress plan execution, etc.). Coordinate planning and design to provide solutions for various technical problems or obstacles that arise on site. Coordinate resources to coordinate and resolve the deployment and conflicts of on-site construction. Participate in the acceptance of various ad-hoc projects, special equipment, cooperate with PM company and lead the organization of relevant departments of the company to deliver and accept the project. In the later stage of the project, ensure that the equipment are debugged and accepted individually and jointly according to the project progress. Assist superiors in investigating and handling project quality and safety accidents. What We Expect From You Relevant higher education degree (Mechanical Engineering; Facility Engineering, etc.) At least 4 years of experience in relevant fields. Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of energy and power facility systems, be familiar with the commissioning of the above systems, Experience in vacuum systems, boilers, air compressors, etc., Proficient in the usage of CAD and office software, Experience in working with facility safety, energy efficiency and quality system certifications. Fluency in English and Hungarian An Advantage Experience in the operation and maintenance of nitrogen production systems. Experience in electronic semiconductor, photovoltaic or energy cell manufacturing. Experience in greenfield investment.
