Role: You provide day to day support at the customer locations – often in large data centres – within a geographical region, with Kolding-Fredericia area as starting point Support customers in technical problems they have with their technical equipment You troubleshoot, install, perform upgrades and deployment on servers, storage solutions and networks. You configure, test and maintain operating systems, software and various system tools in consultation with customers and/or partners. You support on site, via phone or computer (also Hands & Eyes support) You ensure availability of systems with infrastructure Requirements: 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent) Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems Driving licence and access to own car – some travel involved Excellent time management skill, familiar with ticket-based work Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English language Good knowledge of server hardware, storage technologies and associated components Familiar with various types of operating systems, preferably Linux, Windows, VMware, HP-UX and OpenVMS Experience with racking and provisioning of hardware Benefits: Buddy program Flat hierarchies Internal career development International environment Job with purpose KM allowance for usage of private car Onboarding program Be Part of Us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
