KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1,To review supporting documents and prepare calculations for promotion activities 2,Preparation of financial closing documentations 3,To keep communication with clients and sales department, that to solve discrepancy issues 4,Keeping control of the payment flow for several clients, to collect all the necessary documentation and complete payments on time, managing to give a report of budget. 5,Perform reconciliation procedures with clients and with Delivery & Logistics team 6,To check budget applications, payments entries in system 7,To participate in inventories 8,Preparation of weekly reports and other reports based on Financial Manager’s requests 9,Perform promo efficiency analysis 10,Interpret customer financial statements and complete customer credit rating PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE A bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit and other related fields Better with relevant experience in Finance and other related fields Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must) Strong command of the English language and Hungarian language (Upper-Intermediate or above) Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage Strong analytical skill Good communication skill, strong team player Show more Show less
