Join our Finance team and advance your career as a Finance Strategy & Process Manager- Indirect Tax In this role You will: Define process standards for owned Indirect Tax processes in line with the Global Process Design Standards framework Drive the adoption of standardisation of end-to-end Indirect Tax processes, working closely with Group Tax teams, delivery centres and embedded teams. Recommend process improvement and system changes to enhance process standardisation, drive simplification, improve control and enable transparency of performance. Conduct impact assessment on legislative changes identified by operational entities Find opportunities for streamlining and improving indirect tax processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support the broader network of Indirect Tax process experts and practitioners to ensure effective engagement Ensure that global projects are completed in alignment with the global processes. Lead initiatives to optimize and standardize indirect tax processes. Define the key critical metrics and PPIs for the Indirect Tax processes and develop dashboards for the timely reporting of these. Monitor and intervene with the Group Tax and IDT hubs, including compliance assurance through due diligence of key indirect tax risk areas Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact Lead projects to reinforce and streamline the indirect tax compliance processes. Support the regular review of activities performed by delivery centres and embedded teams to ensure compliance to strategy As one of the main content experts for Indirect Tax global process design, provide process expertise and knowledge to partner, regional tax teams and practitioners as required. Identify ways to improve Indirect Tax compliance processes on a continuous basis using internal and external process benchmarks and best practices, including potential tactical automation solutions that could drive efficiencies. What You will need to be successful: Relevant degree in Finance, or Economics At least 8-10 years progressive work experience in area of Indirect tax. Demonstrated experience to set strategic priorities, take initiative to develop alignment with key partners and secure resources and drive projects efficiently. Knowledge of SAP financial modules / functionality and relevant compliance systems Effectively work with and influence on indirect tax matters at all levels of partners.
