We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) Manager to be employed in our Milan office, reporting into the FP&A Director. Job Description The FP&A Manager will support the CFO and the FP&A organization in providing financial/commercial advice to ensure achievement of revenue and profit targets both in the short and long-term by identifying and addressing critical business issues. The purpose of this role is to assist in management of processes and analysis which increase profitability and reduce risks through accuracy of all forecasts and budgets, whilst ensuring there is regular and systematic financial reporting to the business which is timely, insightful and forward-looking, aligning with the business objectives. You will Co-ordinate the annual Budgeting and quarterly Forecasting process, working in collaboration with Finance teams, business Practices, functions (HR, Operations, ..) and other stakeholders to ensure planning is delivered in a timely and accurate way (P&L and Balance Sheet) balancing speed, efficiency and quality Work closely with the Financial reporting & control organization to deliver on monthly Actuals reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet) providing meaningful variance analysis in a timely and accurate way Deliver best in class financial information and analysis to both the FP&A Director and CFO Produce best in class reporting and analysis used for discussion with CEO and Senior management to support business decisions, with continuous monitoring of Operating Profit risks to be mitigated and opportunities to be pursued Regularly deliver ad-hoc analysis to the EMEA CFO and EMEA FP&A organization to support continual improvement of the businesses profitability Ensure timely, sound and clear financial analysis of current results and insights on impacts to future performance Assist in developing new reporting formats and analytical/ business intelligence tools with EMEA and Group teams to drive improved financial insight and performance Qualifications 6/8 years previous experience in Audit firms and International companies in similar roles (financial budgeting, forecasting and reporting) Master of science in Business administration Knowledge of accounting (ITA GAAP, IAS IFRS) Fluent in English written and verbal Advanced knowledge of the Office package especially Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of SAP (BPC), D365, PBI is a plus Problem solving capabilities and capacity to challenge and influence financials discussions Capacity of working under pressure and with tight deadline Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for effective business partnering with different levels of the organization Advanced data analysis acumen Experience in Media field is a plus These are some of the things we offer: Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility to balance your work and personal life effectively Health and Wellness: Additional days-off on top of holidays (wellness days, volunteer days) Company perks: large and comfortable spaces to relax, free coffee until 11 a.m., dentsu bistrot, Benefit Hub, Dog policy – your pet is welcome!
