Join Our Team as a FP&A Leader! Are you ready to take charge of financial planning and analysis? We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Leader to lead our budgeting process, challenge month-end results, and ensure we meet our financial targets. What You’ll Do Business Planning and Budgeting : Perform business planning and budgeting for the division, including reviewing historical data, determining annual activities, and forecasting required resources. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Coordination Lead and coordinate the global AOP processes for Garrett, working closely with the FP&A SR Director to set targets by function and region. Engage with the Garrett Finance Team to identify business risks and opportunities, propose quarterly estimates, and prepare budget and forecast presentations. Forecasting And Consolidation Lead and perform the consolidation of official forecasts (4+8, 8+4), the annual operating plan, and monthly closing, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines. Provide variance explanations versus AOP, last forecast, and previous years. Month-End Closing And Reporting Drive the month-end closing process to meet deliverables as per the Closing Calendar. Consolidate month-end results and provide monthly closing reporting and analysis to Garrett Senior Leadership. Perform month-end variance analysis of P&L positions and key finance metrics. Collaboration And Coordination Coordinate with other Garrett Finance members to achieve financial commitments presented in AOP, SRO, and forecasts. Maintain and provide comprehensive business analysis and reporting, preparing income variance walks for Garrett Finance leaders and Senior Leadership. Quarterly Reporting Build the roll-up of the MD&A every quarter by consolidating financial inputs and providing information to Controllership for SEC filing. Create the Investor Deck every quarter and provide the first draft to the FP&A Sr Director and Senior Garrett Leadership. Support updates and changes to both the MD&A and Investor Relations Deck. Continuous Improvement Maintain a close relationship with the Investor Relations team to explain business performance and support process improvements. Drive continuous improvement and development of FP&A processes through standardization and leveraging reporting tools.. What We Need Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional Experience: Over 5 years of financial experience, preferably with a large multinational company, and previous experience in financial planning and analysis. Key Skills: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP and HFM ERP tools is a plus.
