What To Expect We are looking for a Fleet Coordnator to support the Sales, Service and Delivery teams in our Northern Region (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and the Baltics) and to act as the point person for all fleet related questions and continuously overseeing out fleet operations. The Fleet Operations team is responsible for the optimization of the internal fleet of cars across EMEA, working closely with local markets to resolve issues and support teams on the ground. This will involve responding to market requests as well as proactively communicating policies or recommendations that the central Fleet team have identified. As such, you should have a strong customer-focused mindset and a knack for process improvement. You should be a problem solver who can work with many stakeholders and identify key objectives across multiple interests. This position requires a diligent, dedicated, and reliable team player who always makes the most of existing resources. You should feel comfortable with data and basic data management tools so you can quickly share updates on any fleet-related questions. You will be part of a collaborative, supportive team operating in a fast paced, evolving environment. You can be based in Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm or Copenhagen. What You’ll Do Work with the fleet management team and internal stakeholders (sales, service, marketing, logistics, etc.) to maintain visibility into all our fleet operations: i.e., locations of vehicles, what is the state of the cars, and are there any actions needed to improve the car or change its use Contact with our service team periodically, updating settlements of insurance claim and vehicle repairing progress, and obtain useful information to fulfill our fleet needs Cooperate with remarketing team, integrating the vehicle trade-in and resale process to drive allocation of vehicles to various teams (Service, Supercharging, Giga Berlin, etc.) Manage day-to-day fleet operations, and continuously improve processes and data structures Audit pricing and manage inventory brochure to ensure correct vehicle assortment is available per market Assist with periodic physical inventory Fleet Audits and special internal projects What You’ll Bring Highly motivated and intelligent self-starter with the desire for constant process improvement and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in coordinating in a similar field Experience in cross-functional project management, and proven ability to drive initiatives to conclusion Solid understanding of business processes and highly attentive to detail to be able to understand and improve workflows Outstanding attention to detail Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced computer skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Knowledge of vehicle registration processing and vehicle insurance claims is a plus Fluency in English required, additional languages are beneficial, but not required We offer: A dynamic and fast-paced environment where inclusion, learning and collaboration are key to success The chance to work with innovative technology, advanced tools and software Ongoing training and development to help you grow your skills and career A competitive compensation and benefits package including Tesla share , Tesla Show more Show less
