US-based logistics company is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Dispatcher to join our team at the Belgrade office. In this role, you will oversee the daily US operations and activities related to truckload shipments, managing a team of drivers and executing dispatch functions while ensuring the highest level of customer service. Key Responsibilities Strategically plan and allocate drivers to maximize productivity and earnings. Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day. Collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust routes as necessary to meet customer requirements. Build and nurture strong relationships with both drivers and customers. Provide exceptional customer service to our freight brokers and clients. Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in US trucking. Availability to work evening hours from 14:00 to 23:00. Fluency in English written and spoken. Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations is a must. Benefits Paid Private Health Insurance after three months.
