Link to the company website About the Role The Flow Manager manages Flow Management processes and activities, ensuring alignment and harmonization between the Control Room and Planning to optimize the execution of logistics operations, as well as ensuring customer care and satisfaction. Collaborates with the client to collect forecast data for Inbound/Outbound activities, producing and overseeing feasibility analysis and workforce sizing, while assessing the impact on the logistics system. Supports Operations in analyzing and negotiating customer requirements, taking into account performance constraints for the execution of logistics activities. Oversees the review of the resource planning system, following its constant updating. Ensures that the sizing model (staff sizing), developed through comprehensive and structured analysis, is constantly updated according to volume forecasts and corresponds to actual on field requirements, then makes any appropriate corrections and finally ensuring the proper workforce allocation, consistently with actual production and operational needs. Participates in periodic meetings with customer to discuss budgets, actuals, deviations, and forecasts. Monitors order fulfillment process and ensures proper functioning of WCS systems. Develops the logistics services execution plan on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis. Manages the collection and analysis of Inbound/Outbound activity forecast data and assesses its impact on workforce planning. Supports the Operations Department in analyzing and negotiating customer requests, considering the capacity limits of depots for the execution of logistics activities. Ensures customer satisfaction in relation to contractual commitments and contractually defined service levels. Oversees the ongoing monitoring and verification of the quality of service being provided to the customer, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Logistics or Economics or equivalent culture. At least 5 years of experience in the role, preferably in structured companies in the logistics sector. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Good command of IT tools for process management and planning. Excellent knowledge of the Office Package (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Excellent analytical and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills, with customer orientation, resilience, stress management, flexibility and problem solving.
