For our partner, a global leader in service-based systems integration , we are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join the local team form Bucharest and who will be responsible to manage the region EMEA. As an FP&A Analyst, you will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and business modelling. You will be responsible for: Financial Planning & Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and explaining key drivers. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, providing insights to leadership. Prepare financial reports and dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and profitability. Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations) to gather insights and data for financial planning. Partner with business units to understand their financial needs, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and align resources effectively. Process Improvement Ad-Hoc Projects & Analysis Job / Experience Skills Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus. Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA, or international equivalent) – a plus 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with data manipulation, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, SAP BPC) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred. English proficiency with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly. Show more Show less
