Job Purpose Riportando direttamente al Responsabile di Produzione la/il candidata/o dovrà coordinare e garantire l’intero ciclo produttivo (ricevimento e conservazione materie prime, warehouse, campionamento, etichettatura, dispensazione, lavorazione reparto solidi orali) e le ordinarie attività di reparto; le produzioni dovranno svolgersi nel rispetto delle tempistiche previste dal reparto di pianificazione e, in ottemperanza alle Norme di Buona Fabbricazione, delle Procedure Operative Standard e delle Norme di Sicurezza e Salute Ambientale. Reporting directly to the Production Manager , the candidate will coordinate and ensure the entire manufacturing cycle (receipt of raw materials, storage, sampling, labeling, dispensing, processing in the oral solids department) and the activities of the “oral solids manufacturing” department. The activities should be carried out in compliance with the timelines set by the planning department, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures, and Environmental Health and Safety Regulations. Key Responsibilities In ottica di miglioramento continuo, la risorsa dovrà: organizzare l’attività del reparto coordinando un team di lavoro su 3 turni per cinque giorni settimanali; cooperare con gli altri reparti aziendali, assicurare il corretto rispetto delle tempistiche produttive e dei requisiti qualitativi. guidare i teams di produzione nelle indagini sulle deviazioni e gestione del CAPA per prevenire le non conformità; In a Continuous Improvement Perspective, The Manufacturing Manager Will Organize the department’s activities by coordinating a team over 3 shifts for five days a week Cooperate with other company departments to ensure compliance with manufacturing timelines and quality requirements. Lead manufacturing team in investigations of deviations and CAPA management to prevent non-conformities. Required Education laurea in materie scientifiche; scientific degree Required Skills And Experience almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella produzione di solidi orali e consolidata capacità tecnica di risolvere sfide operative; ottima conoscenza delle norme GMP; pregressa esperienza nella gestione di teams di produzione; gestione di audit interni e di Autorità regolatorie nazionali ed estere; at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing of oral solids, with strong technical ability to solve operational challenges. excellent knowledge of GMP standards proven experience in managing manufacturing team management of internal and regulatory authority audits.
