Job Description: We are looking for a talented Garment Cad Designer to create 2D sketches, cads, and trend-driven designs for brand apparel. This role involves collaborating with Design and Sales teams, preparing fashion flats for presentations, and adapting colors and artwork to seasonal trends. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Working Hours: 3pm-11pm CET Location: Remote and/or in Office Main Duties and Responsibilities: 2D flat sketches of original samples, garments, or pictures working with Design & Sales. Conceptualized and designed Junior brand clothing in line with current trends. Possess knowledge of the spec measurements of garments for the Junior Apparel Industry. Liaise with the team leader on new projects, trend research, development, and sketching. Create Cads and graphics from flat sketches for use by the Sales, Design, and Production teams. Maintain and organize cad, graphic, and print libraries. Adapt house artworks and body sketches according to customer needs and seasonal trend/color direction. Prepare and present fashion flats during buyer meetings and development presentations. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with a strong color sense and the ability to convert fabric colors to Pantone/CSI colors. Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment and prioritize multiple projects. Understand the time-consuming nature of certain projects and prioritize them accordingly while maintaining a sense of responsibility. Display extreme attention to detail and organizational skills. Collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proactively take the initiative as a team player. Required Skills: Must have a strong skill set in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Strong color sense & Color converting from fabric to Pantone/CSI colors. Needs to work well in a team atmosphere and a fast-paced work environment. Sketching fashion flats to present to buyers & meeting prepare. Extremely detail-oriented and organized. Understand time-consuming & priority to the project with a sense of responsibility. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following majors are plus: textile/print/fashion/graphic design would be a plus.
