To bring this vision to life, ikubINFO is seeking a forward-thinking GenAI, LLM, and Prompt Engineer , to create intelligent, adaptive solutions that enhance user experiences and streamline operations. Your future role: Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) for tasks like text generation, summarization and Q&A. Design and optimize prompts to guide LLM behavior, minimizing hallucinations and improving response quality. Integrate LLMs with existing applications, chatbots and knowledge retrieval systems (RAG). Experiment with cutting-edge GenAI techniques, including instruction tuning, chain-of-thought prompting and in-context learning. Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, combining LLMs with vector databases or knowledge graphs. Document prompt templates, model parameters, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing. Monitor model behavior in production, diagnosing issues, and implementing corrective strategies (e.g., prompt updates). Integrate MLOps principles to manage model lifecycle, versioning, and continuous improvement. Explore multimodal extensions of LLMs, incorporating images, audio, or video inputs as needed. Troubleshoot model failures, biases, or unexpected outputs, applying prompt engineering techniques to improve reliability. Provide technical guidance and training to other team members on LLM development and prompt engineering. Align LLM-based features with product roadmaps, delivering incremental improvements and new capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, NLP, Machine Learning, or related field. Strong understanding of NLP concepts, language modeling, and transformer architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA). Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI, or similar frameworks/APIs for LLMs. Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques, in-context learning and zero/few-shot learning approaches. Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation techniques and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate). Experience deploying NLP models in production environments, including integration with APIs or web services. Understanding bias, fairness, and responsible AI principles and how to mitigate risks in LLM outputs. Experience with model optimization, including quantization, pruning or knowledge distillation. Prior experience building chatbots, conversational agents or virtual assistants is a plus. Familiarity with text evaluation metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity) and human evaluation methodologies. Passion for NLP, a proactive mindset, and a drive to push the boundaries of what LLMs can achieve. The candidate must be resident in Tirana or Pristina.
