Role Description We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Global Business Development Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a full-time, hybrid role focused on driving international growth, acquiring new clients, supporting existing accounts, and solving operational challenges. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our international business strategy and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, as well as driving sales in the local Lithuanian market. Your primary objective will be to boost revenue and growth within three main service tiers of the organization and ensure high level of sales activity and new clientele acquisition. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive International sales growth, focusing on Europe-to-US and Europe-to-Middle East trade routes. Identify and acquire new business opportunities for Project Cargo and Containerized Cargo. Building a robust pipeline of potential clients with a focus on growth in Gross Profit and Shipment Volumes. Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring smooth operations and service excellence. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business expansion. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for EDEX 12 and its clients. Represent EDEX 12 at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance the company’s brand and network. Qualifications Proven track of record in International business development, sales, and account management, ideally within the global logistics solutions or supply chain sector. Deep understanding of the logistics market, container carriage, and International trade dynamics, as well as service offerings and general operational requirements. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-driven mindset. Flexibility to work across different time zones, as needed, to support team members and customers globally. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
