Join EUROAPI’s Procurement team where you will enable optimal efficiencies that never compromise on integrity and ethics. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products that contribute towards our global commitments of improving our environmental footprint, achieving procurement excellence, inventory management. Main responsibilities: Strategy and Cost Improvement Have a detailed understanding of the spend for the covered raw material category Achieve substantial savings Build and propose budget that support EuroApi ’s financial objectives and drive the performance KPIs. Promoting and supporting the implementation a global multiple-sourcing approach when it makes sense Sharing and leveraging cost improvement programs (CIP) across the sites Identifying break-through CIPs Understand the feedstock and cost drivers of his/her category and anticipate markets trends By having good understanding of the stakeholders needs, define the most appropriate approach process to create conditions for efficiency Build and implement competitive and innovative product family and supplier strategies, Engage with technical lead specifiers from operations, Deliver saving objectives at portfolio perimeter, Promote attractiveness of EUROAPI and reinforce the relationship with suppliers, Ensure procurement technical excellence (Total Cost Ownership (TCO), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Market Intel, Risk Management, Innovation, CSR, HSE, compliance, quality) Operations Build within your network an ambitious budget and long-range planning according to business plans priorities and participate to local cross domain reviews, Lead negotiations linked to your perimeter and support global negotiations when needed. Recommend the best suitable processes and tools to maximize the efficiency, savings and customer service level. Measure, and communicate KPIs and related actions plan to enhance suppliers performance in term of technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery, cost and ethic. Drive the development of new market opportunities, Reinforce and develop suppliers’ knowledge, capacities and strategies, Set-up and drive a SRM program for your perimeter, Report activity, negotiations results, suppliers ID cards and price offers and share information across procurement organization, Support other sites with cross border tenders, negotiations, and projects to globalize when relevant and performant for EUROAPI, Follow and manage activities to exit from mono-sourcing at site or regional level, Take ownership of some subcategories of raw materials for all our sites. Business Partnering Promote networking and lead “cross fertilization” programs between the buyers of every site and with other purchasing entities whenever it can result to efficiency and economy of scale. Understand the informal structure and adapt his/her behavior accordingly Ensure the appropriate level of communication between procurement and site functions, You will work closely with sales and development teams to anticipate needs and propose innovative solutions. Requirements : Business or Technical/Engineering executive education (University, School of Management, Engineering school, postgraduates programs) 5 to 10 years’ experience, in Procurement in an industrial/FMCG company Fluent both in English and Hungarian (other languages considered as advantage) Team player with excellent interpersonal sensitivity Experienced negotiator, highly flexible with a strong capacity to adapt Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers based on trust and credibility, Results-oriented with strong business analytical skills, Creative mindset to innovate & challenge to get amazing deals delivery.
