Overview We seek a dedicated professional to ensure the seamless execution of operational HR support. Your primary focus will be delivering timely and efficient assistance to managers, HRBPs, and employees across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll adhere to established guidelines, processes, GDPR regulations, and local legislation to ensure compliance. Your key responsibility will be successfully delivering HR operational processes on both global and regional levels. Your tasks would be to Lead and execute people initiatives: Manage the operational side of people initiatives, handling employee cases from โ€˜hire to retireโ€™ globally. Global task coordination: Coordinate global tasks, contributing to the objectives of the Regional (CEE) and Global HR Support team, spanning from Chile to Japan. Project assistance: Take part in regional and global system implementations, including the implementation of the Workday Time & Absence module and other global procedures. Act as an analyst in projects aiming to integrate country HR operations in the global model for countries with fewer than 100 employees. In these projects, be responsible for process reviews, process redesign, process documentation and support managing local stakeholders through change. Manage small-scale continuous improvement projects independently. Efficient task execution: Utilize the ticketing tool to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and exceptional customer experience, playing a vital role in our global TIER support model. Workday reporting catalogue advisory: Act as an advisor on which reports to use from our reporting catalogue in Workday. Collaborative process improvement: Work closely with team members, specialists, and colleagues in Processes & Tools to set up processes and understand CoE and HRBP expectations. Administration of global Workday courses and requests: Manage Workday learning setups, support our employees with any questions, and collaborate with global course owners to enhance the employee experience. Workday and Process Training for the Global HR Community: Train new HR team members worldwide on global processes and system usage, with a focus on Workday procedures and responsibilities. Ensure high system and process knowledge within our global HR community. Workday release testing: Play a critical role in testing HR global systems, with a strong emphasis on Workday releases. Special requests support: Assist with special projects and individual requests in additional global systems, such as customer satisfaction surveys. Your Qualifications At least 2 years experience in the HCM module of Workday is a must, with expertise in add-on modules such as time and absence, recruitment, and learning. Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities with a focus on exceptional customer service. Collaboration-oriented with stakeholder management capabilities. Service-minded attitude, proactive, and welcoming towards customers. Fluency in English (written/spoken) is a prerequisite. Precise, structured, and analytical approach with excellent organization and attention to detail. Demonstrated skills in data management and analysis. Reliability and trustworthiness, with a commitment to integrity and discretion. Supportive and communicative to enhance the employee experience within the designated area of responsibility.
