About you: As a Global Rewards Partner, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive global rewards strategies. With your extensive experience in compensation, benefits, global mobility, and project management, you will ensure our reward programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our global business objectives. Day to day, you will : Global Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive, compliant compensation and benefits strategies, tailored to regional needs through market analysis, benchmarking, and staying current on global trends and regulations. Global Mobility Management: Oversee international assignments and relocations, ensuring compliance with immigration and tax laws while supporting workforce mobility through well-structured policies. Program Design & Implementation: Lead the creation and refinement of global rewards programs, aligning with business goals and local market conditions, and leveraging project management expertise to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Collaboration & Analytics: Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to align programs with organizational objectives, using data analysis to provide actionable insights and guide decision-making. Employee Communication & Compliance: Ensure clarity and transparency through communication strategies that educate employees on rewards programs, while maintaining full compliance with legal requirements across all regions. Your skills and experiences might also include : 7-10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and global mobility, with substantial exposure to designing and implementing global rewards strategies and project management. Proven track record in managing comprehensive global rewards programs. Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP, PMP) are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in WorkDay, compensation analysis tools, and project management software. In-depth understanding of global compensation and benefits regulations and practices.
