Join our global Finance team! As a Group Business Controller you will support the delivery of Teknos strategic global business initiatives with a key role in analysing, financial forecasting, planning and monitoring of Teknos Group Oy’s activities. You will act as a finance partner for Teknos Management, Supply Chain Team and Production sites, supporting their strategic and daily decisions. You will also design and implement the needed changes in finance processes and tools, providing continuous development, modernisation and ensuring information accuracy and visibility. In this role, you will be part of our dynamic Teknos Group Oy’s finance team and report to CFO. You should be located within a reasonable distance from Helsinki area as regular office visits will be a part of your weekly routine. The most important tasks and responsibilities: Supporting Teknos global Management, Supply Chain Team and Production sites in navigating within international business environment, providing a link between business decisions and financial information Driving profitability throughout professional consulting and financial partnering on both strategic and daily business decisions Providing forecasting and budgeting support for key leaders in the organisation Reporting results to management team to allow timely changes and updates Analysing financial data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and risks Working in close co-operation with our subsidiaries’ finance teams Training and coaching finance teams in Teknos countries Supporting stakeholders with understanding business controlling topics Developing our finance and business processes and systems Driving positive organizational change through application of change management principles to global financial strategies, business plans and tools Key skills and qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as Business Controller within an international, complex group structure and ideally in a production company Experience as a business-minded finance partner for C-level executives, combined with a hands-on expertise to drive initiatives within a proactive mode A suitable Financial or Business education on Bachelor or Master level Excel-wizard, experienced in Business Intelligence tools (Qlik, Power BI) Excellent communication skills – ability of visualising big picture, simplifying and highlighting key findings Project leading experience Analytical and detailed working touch and excellent prioritizing skills Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in Finnish would be an advantage Show more Show less
