Key Responsibilities: 1.Design of the marketing strategy of specific products: Planning and elaboration of the annual specific product roadmap of the company. Monitoring of each phase of the processes and the needs of the departments to achieve the objectives of the company. General planning together with the department. Operator of all aspects related to the product (product plan, portfolio, approval process, distribution, promotions, etc.). Design the Open Market product strategy (product, prices, promotions, life cycle, etc.). Monitor the achievement of the company’s annual objectives, breaking down the specific objectives and monitoring the processes. Management, review and analysis of key company data. Management with HQ for the correct delivery and logistics of the products, as well as for the communication of requirements and support to the local market. 2.Interdepartmental coordination: Ensure fluid communication between the rest of the company’s departments, especially Operator, Open Market, Marketing and Retail. 3.Analysis, budget management and reporting: Analyze the data obtained and report the results to Management. Correctly manage the budget assigned to the department, guaranteeing maximum profitability of the processes. 4.Performing additional tasks aimed at the development of the department and the company. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in GTM or Sales area, have huge interest in products planning, business strategy part, preferably in the telecommunications sector. Proven ability to manage multiple products and accounts efficiently, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in Chinese is a must Show more Show less
