The successful candidate will take charge of a team managing payroll delivery across 30+ countries, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities: Lead a diverse team of 20+ payroll professionals, empowering them to deliver consistently high performance while scaling operations for future growth. Build and refine global payroll processes that align with a rapidly evolving business, ensuring capacity and capability to handle complex payroll operations. Collaborate with outsourced payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payments while delivering on strategic third-party goals. Drive the adoption of advanced technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity across HR and payroll systems. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce risks, and implement scalable solutions while maintaining budget awareness. Develop a strong framework for compliance with local regulations and implement proactive controls to minimise errors and risks. Create a world-class payroll support system to address employee queries swiftly and effectively. Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other business functions. Requirements: Extensive experience managing international payroll operations. Expertise in payroll systems like Workday or similar platforms. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English. Excellent stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process design. Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets. A collaborative mindset, with experience navigating matrix organizations. Why Apply?
