We are seeking a Head of Sales and Business Development to take the lead in fostering and expanding B2B partnerships with dealers and intermediaries. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and implementing a cohesive sales strategy, integrating both existing and potential sales channels to drive business growth. Job description: Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Oversee and coordinate the sales of company services to achieve set targets. Design and implement sales promotion initiatives, ensuring their successful execution. Ensure high-quality service delivery and drive market expansion efforts. Create and achieve sales plans and goals using the most efficient and effective methods. Plan, allocate, and manage the departmentโ€™s budget to maximize resources. Motivate, develop, and lead team to achieve optimal performance. Regularly engage with key clients and partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and results, implementing necessary improvements for growth. Represent the company in negotiations with B2B partners, advocate for its interests. What is expected: Proven B2B Sales Experience: at least 5 years in sales or business development, experience in automotive or financial services industries is an advantage. Strategic Sales Expertise: Strong ability to design and implement effective sales strategies. Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and motivating sales teams, fostering high performance. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing key clients and closing high-value deals. Performance Monitoring: Proficient in analyzing metrics, ensuring continuous improvement, and achieving sales targets. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends and customer behavior within the financial and/or automotive industry.
