Head of Supply Chain and Customer Service Location : Latium, Italy The Role The professional and disciplinary responsibility for the Customer Service & Supply Chain departments, which consist of over 50 employees in total. Responsibilities: Alignment and management of the area from sales planning to customer delivery (end-to-end) Responsibility for overall performance Monitoring and adjusting processes based on group and factory results Ensuring continuity of supply and delivery Optimization of existing and implementation of new processes in technical and organizational terms in the above-mentioned area of ​responsibility and in coordination with the relevant specialist departmentsO ptimization of the planning processes with regard to delivery reliability, taking into account the economical use of materials and resourcesR eview of logistics processes for new customer requirements and optimization potentialP rofessional customer communicationR esponsible for handling all sales processes with customers R equirementsS uccessful completion of a degree in business administration, engineering or logistics.1 0+ years of relevant professional experience in operational and strategic supply chain managementE xperience in restructuring structures and processes as well as in change managementE xtensive knowledge of common supply chain KPIs and lean tools as well as in planning, implementation, and tracking of optimization measuresS olid experience in handling ERP systems; ideally from implementation projectsS trong “hands-on” mentalityF luent Italian and English language skills.
