Let’s Talk About You How You’ll Make an Impact Lead a team of 20+ quality inspectors, NDT inspectors, CMM programmers, engineers Supervision of the daily operation of the QM team to deliver on time in good quality Lead process and productivity improvement projects based on KPI’s and reported results Conduct regular meetings with customers to meet New Product Qualification and Customer Witness Points requirements Lead Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action/Preventive action teams related to customer complaints and Non-Conformance costs Continuously develop the competencies of the QM team by trainings and follow-up on changes in technical specifications Support HC calculation and capacity planning processes What You Bring Technical degree preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering English language on a conversational level, German knowledge is an advantage Min.1-3 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement, Lean activities, root cause analysis processes and quality tools Proven leadership skills Experience in multi-national environment Strong communication skills Motivated to improve and change the current processes Able to adapt to dynamically changing and complex processes Strong analytical skills Experience both in mass production and low-series production will be considered advantages SAP knowledge, programming experience is an advantage Your opportunities for personal growth Working with international teams and business environments Excellent opportunity for professional development on a new tailored organization for Siemens Energy business Check out this video to see what we do Here!
